The JW Team is proud to announce a partnership with The Addicus’ Legacy to help rescued dogs get adopted. Each Monday we’ll be showcasing a different dog with information provided by the nonprofit so you can get acquainted with the adorable canine before you decide to bring the pet home with you.

Meet Joseph!! If you follow us on social media, you probably have already “met” Joseph. This sweet boy was neglected to the point that fleas destroyed his coat and any hope he had. Poor guy just needed some care and love, and he’s already blossoming into the fantastic dog he was meant to be. His coat is already growing back, he’s gaining weight and has a happy-go-lucky bounce in his step. Joseph is super smart – within 24-hours he already picked up on cues and verbal commands, and he loves kids. He’s excellent on a leash, enjoys walks, but also enjoys just being a lazy couch potato. Joseph has a huge heart, has immediately grown to trust his fosters and seems genuinely thankful for being saved and cared for – it’s likely something he’s never known in his life.
