Goodnight Development Set for South Austin

South Austin is about to experience a housing serge. The first stage of Goodnight, a 3,500 home development located on the former dairy farm near East Slaughter Ln., is set to begin construction within the next two months.

Goodnight’s development will include housing, apartments, condos, retail space, and commercial office space, and will cover around 700 acres. In addition, 120 acres will be dedicated to green space, with 3 miles of trails, all just 8 miles from downtown Austin.

This first phase of construction will include homes built by Centerra Homes, M/I Homes, and Homes by Avi, with listing prices in the $200,000s.
