Smart Saver Program

When your buyer sells their home with our team and uses our team to buy a new home in your community, we will rebate a portion of the commission back to your client after they’ve closed on their new home in your community.

This isn’t discount Real Estate this is good customer service that ensures that your buyers can get their dream home at a great price.

Fix & Flip Program

One thing that we see time and time again is that our sellers want to sell their homes but their home’s value is severely affected by the condition or signs of age.  Additionally, a lot of time there isn’t enough cash to cover the costs of the repairs.

With our “Fix & Flip” program our excellent contractors will improve the home to be sure that it sells for top dollar. The best part is your client doesn’t pay for any of the updates until closing.

Lease Buyout Program

We know that it can be challenging to perfectly time the purchase of your home with the end of your rental lease. With our lease buyout guarantee, we buy some wiggle room for you by paying for up to 1 month of your lease so that you can move into your new home worry-free.

If your client is renting a home or apartment, we will negotiate with their landlord to end their lease early with no further cost or obligation to them. This allows your client to move forward with their new home purchase on their time frame.
