Barton Hills
Barton Hills is in a great location surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The Barton Creek Greenbelt is right in the middle of the neighborhood, allowing neighbors the chance to get out and explore. Lady Bird Lake and Zilker Park are also a quick drive away. Popular restaurants, a variety of stores, and great schools are also in Barton Hills.
Bouldin Creek
One of the oldest neighborhoods in Austin! Bouldin Creek is the perfect place for young adults who enjoy nightlife and nature. Local restaurants and shops are plentiful in the area and are all walking distance. Bouldin Creek is also close to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake and Downtown.
Dawson
Near Bouldin Creek, Dawson is another old neighborhood but quickly modernizing. Westgate is a very diverse neighborhood with a variety of families and ages. Nearby you’ll find many stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater. Just off of 290, the area is very convenient for any commute you need.
Zilker
Known for its abundance of green spaces, parks, and trails, Zilker is a great neighborhood to live in. Local restaurants and shops are easily walking distance or a quick drive away. Downtown is also just north of the neighborhood so the location couldn’t be better. This area is also characterized by their top-tier schools!
