His background spans residential and commercial real estate, but his passion is helping people make residential decisions when home is tied to the next chapter of life.

Outside of real estate, Les has been married to his best friend, Heatherly, for more than 31 years. Together they’ve built a life centered on faith, family, resilience, and growth while raising four amazing adult children and celebrating the arrival of their first granddaughter.
