With a background in business management from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, Alex combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for helping others, ensuring that every moving piece behind the scenes supports the people at the center of every transaction. 

A Texas native, Alex has built her career in real estate operations by creating scalable systems, improving efficiency, and empowering agents to focus on what they do best - serving clients. She believes that great businesses aren't built by working harder, but by building better processes, fostering accountability, and creating an environment where people can thrive.
